The very tastefully designed café shines not only with its central location in the middle of Braunweiler, but also with its charm and tradition. The dining room is designed with great attention to detail and is furnished with matching design elements. The very beautiful terrace in the inner courtyard also offers space for around 25 guests and invites you to stay. Café Heyartz is the traditional establishment in the town and the business lives from both café guests and catering orders.

The property is located on one of the two main roads in Brauweiler, meaning that numerous local residents pass by the property every day and can view offers from the shop window. There is ample parking for vehicles. In addition to a public car park about 100 m away, there are individual parking spaces on Bernhardstrasse in the immediate vicinity of the café. Brauweiler itself Brauweiler borders Cologne to the east, the town of Freimersdorf to the southeast, the town of Dansweiler to the west and Sinthern to the north.
